Benjamin Handyman Service — B.H.S to most of our customers — is run by Willian Cisneros out of the San Francisco Bay Area. We kept the service list short on purpose: interior painting, bathtub refinishing, kitchen countertop installation, and drywall repair. Those four trades overlap constantly in real homes, and doing them ourselves means one crew, one point of contact, and no waiting on a subcontractor who never calls back.
Most of our work starts the same way: a homeowner is tired of looking at a stained tub, a scuffed hallway, a cracked corner bead, or a countertop that never fit right. We come out, look at it, and tell you what the fix actually involves — including when refinishing is the wrong call and replacement is the smarter money. You get a written number before we touch anything.
We're local, so we know what Bay Area housing throws at us: 1920s plaster in Berkeley, condo bathrooms in San Francisco with no room to swing a tub out, tract kitchens in Fremont and Hayward, and mid-century trim in Palo Alto. Fifteen cities, weekday hours, clean job sites, and a 15% discount for referrals and returning customers. That's the whole pitch.
